Tell your assistant what you need.

01

Explore your channel

“Show my recent YouTube videos and explain what data is available.”

02

Review comments

“Show recent comments and help me prepare replies.”

03

Prepare an upload

“Prepare this finished video for YouTube. Show me the full preview before publishing.”

A clear path from file to published.

  1. Choose the content.

Provide your finished file, the brand and channel, title, description and intended visibility. Your assistant checks the supported route and required declarations.

  2. Review the full preview.

See the exact channel, content, media, visibility and any scheduled time with its time zone. Ask for changes before approving.

  3. Approve the action.

A clear approval is enough. Your assistant carries the matching fingerprint; you do not need to type it.

  4. Check the result.

Your assistant reads back the result and reports what it verified. If the outcome is uncertain, it checks without sending the same action again.

Plan a YouTube release.

Ask for the exact date, local time and time zone. SocialCli supports scheduling eligible, never-published private videos and new uploads through its native scheduling workflow.

Your assistant checks account access, calendar coverage and required operator evidence before preparing the schedule. If anything is missing, it explains the next step. Changing the time requires an updated preview.

“Prepare this video for Friday at 2 p.m. America/New_York. Show me the schedule before submitting it.”

YouTube scheduling makes the video public at the approved time. A private upload by itself is not a scheduled release.

Know what “done” means.

01

Verified

The requested result was checked after the action.

02

Partial

Some observations are available; the assistant explains what is missing.

03

Uncertain

The result could not be confirmed. The assistant preserves the record and does not retry blindly.

An accepted thumbnail upload may still lack proof of visual replacement. Empty partial comment results do not prove there are no comments.

Keep control as you go.

Use My Account to review assistant access and connections. If something fails, ask for the exact cause before reconnecting. Local setup, quota limits and provider errors need different remedies.
