Google has approved SocialCli for youtube.readonly, youtube.force-ssl and youtube.upload. Each action still depends on the permissions you grant and your account’s eligibility.
This approval does not include YouTube Analytics or Reporting scopes. Your assistant must check access before promising those reports.
