Terms of use

Effective October 15, 2026. Software licensing clarification added October 24, 2026. SocialCli is operated by Florentino.pro. Contact: admin@socialcli.app.

The software and hosted service

SocialCli is a subscription service operated by Florentino.pro. Its hosted SaaS provides account sign-in, authorized social connections, subscription access and temporary Instagram media delivery. Keep your credentials and local workspace protected, and use only accounts you own or are authorized to manage.

Accept the current privacy policy before enabling account features. The owner must review the separate assistant data acknowledgment when linking a runner. Use Google connections only with assistant configurations that meet the disclosed data-use requirements; software compatibility alone does not establish compliance.

Plan, trial and cancellation

The plan costs USD 10 per month for one brand and one connected account per supported platform. You can rename your brand in Account; disconnecting its last platform frees the brand slot. Your 14-day trial begins with your first successful social connection; no card is required to start. You may subscribe during the trial without losing remaining days. The first monthly charge is due at the original trial end, then monthly. If you subscribe after it ends, the first charge is due when you confirm Checkout. Any applicable tax is shown before payment confirmation. Billing uses Stripe Live mode.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Manage payment details and cancel through Account and the Stripe billing portal. The portal shows the effective cancellation and access dates. Trial access ends without payment if you do not subscribe. Account deletion requests cancellation of future billing. Reconnecting or renaming a brand does not grant a new trial. Contact support for billing errors or refund requests; these terms do not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.

Content, approvals and scheduling

You retain responsibility for content rights, accuracy and authorization. Review the complete preview before approving a publication, comment or other change. Do not bypass provider restrictions, collect data improperly or act without the account owner’s authorization. Subscription and account connection consent do not approve publication. Check uncertain results before retrying to avoid duplicates. For each YouTube upload, including a scheduled upload, approval certifies compliance with the YouTube Community Guidelines. The assistant must show this statement with the complete preview and obtain your explicit approval. Earlier upload approvals that omitted this certification require review again.

Delivery modes differ by platform. A locally scheduled job needs its runner, original files and credentials available at execution time. Provider-native scheduling is available only when the platform, account and verified workflow support it. TikTok draft delivery requires you to finish publishing in TikTok. You choose the date, time and timezone in supported scheduling workflows. Instagram and TikTok do not have an automatic native API scheduling route in the current product. We do not guarantee a particular publication time or uninterrupted availability.

Install the managed YouTube data cleanup service on every runner that stores API data. A stopped runner cannot perform scheduled cleanup. YouTube observations expire after six days; reports identify unavailable historical comparisons. Remove exports and third-party copies separately when required. See the privacy policy for retention and deletion details.

Temporary media

Temporary Instagram hosting accepts supplied originals up to 512 MiB, subject to account and server quotas: 512 MiB and ten reservations per account, 2 GiB across live reservations, plus disk headroom. Quota can remain occupied until the original expiry even if you delete a file early. Links expire 15 minutes after reservation, including upload time, and files are automatically removed as described in the privacy policy. Keep your own originals; this is not archival storage. We do not generate, edit or transcode files. Slow uploads or provider processing may fail within this time limit and require a new, explicitly reviewed attempt.

Provider availability and pilot limits

Google, Meta and TikTok set their own permissions, quotas, eligibility and review requirements. Features may be unavailable or change. Test or sandbox success does not mean production approval. SocialCli is not affiliated with those providers. When using its YouTube integration, you are also bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Consult the platform availability page before relying on a feature.

Software license and private server

Florentino.pro is the copyright holder and licensor of SocialCli.

Starting with version 0.3.2, SocialCli is distributed under the SocialCli Proprietary Software License. Authorized customers may install the client and let their AI agents operate it for personal or business accounts they are authorized to manage. A subscription grants service access, not ownership, redistribution or resale rights to the software. The private hosted server is not included in client downloads.

Version 0.3.1 and earlier releases retain their original MIT license. This change does not revoke rights already granted for those versions or change third-party licenses. Installing a client does not itself grant access to the hosted service; account eligibility and subscription access are checked by the service.

Security, support and license

Credentials, communications and retention are described in the privacy policy. You can revoke connections and assistants and request account deletion from Account. Deletion does not remove posts already sent to a platform. The license included with your installed version governs that software; no service-level guarantee is offered for the pilot. Nothing here excludes rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
